Jira Issue Monitor
Monitors Jira issues for changes. Polls Jira API at regular intervals and triggers when issues are created or updated.

Poll Interval (seconds) poll_interval_seconds | integer | No | 10 | How often to check for changes (minimum 5 seconds, maximum 300 seconds). |
