Cancel or Withdraw Your Contract

All purchases of Project Succession are processed by my authorized reseller and merchant of record, Paddle.com Market Limited. The contract of sale is established between you and Paddle (see § 1.2 of the Terms of Service). Subscription cancellations, withdrawals, and refunds are therefore handled directly by Paddle.

You do not need an account on this website to cancel or withdraw — Paddle identifies your purchase by the email address you used at checkout or your receipt number.

Cancel Your Subscription — Verträge hier kündigen

You can cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.

Recommended: the easiest way is through the Project Succession app itself. Open the Licensing dialog and click “Manage Subscription” — this takes you directly to your personal Paddle customer portal, where you can cancel without looking anything up.

You can also use Paddle’s self-service portal directly:

Alternatively, use the “Manage subscription” link in any of your Paddle receipt emails.

Withdraw From Your Contract — Vertrag widerrufen

As a consumer in the EU, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your contract within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason. To exercise your right of withdrawal and receive a refund, use Paddle’s self-service portal:
