Conditional Polling

Polls a data source at regular intervals and fires when a condition is met. Supports files, HTTP endpoints, commands, system metrics, and environment variables.

No Always When to fire: Always (every true), OnChange (true↔false), OnEdge (false→true only).
Initial Delay (Seconds) initialDelay integer No 0 Delay before the first poll (in seconds).
