Compares two values and passes through either Input A or Input B based on the condition result. Supports numeric, string, and file system comparisons.

File system operators (Exists, IsFile, IsDirectory) only use Value A.
Value B `valueB`	`string`	No	—	The second value to compare. Not used for file system operators (Exists, IsFile, IsDirectory).
