Action 3D

Mesh Optimize

Applies meshopt optimisation passes to a 3D scene file. Passes are applied in the fixed order: Vertex Cache → Overdraw → Vertex Fetch → Simplify; normals, UVs and per-triangle materials move with their geometry. Texture references are rewritten so they still find their images from the output folder. A glTF file holding anything the reader cannot carry is not written: non-triangle or broken primitives, partial normals, extra vertex attributes or morph targets, skins, animations, cameras, extensions, extras, embedded images, texture samplers, material maps beyond base color, or nodes outside the default scene. The node then fires On Error listing what would have been lost; most textured production exports fall in this group until full-document optimisation (PS-232) lands.
